Lolita Disappoints

I recently returned to Lolita looking forward to my second visit at this small cozy BYO-T (bring your own tequila) located at 106 South 13th Street, Philadelphia, P.A. Unfortunately, it did not live up to its original luster. The menu is hyped as contemporary Mexican fare. Everything we ate lacked flavor. The bring your own tequila was one of the few positive things that has not changed. Of course, you can bring whatever alcohol you would like to enjoy with your meal. The restaurant was packed so they obviously have a loyal following. Maybe it was just an off night?

Servers were very attentive. Dress is casual. Price is moderate.
