Comfort Food

Comfort food is a little predictable but always enjoyable. No fancy recipes or ingredients necessary. I recently made a slow cooker pot roast with a side of string beans and roasted potatoes.


The gravy that the pot roast makes is amazing and freezes very well. If you want to cut down on the sodium try using low sodium soup for the pot roast.

The potatoes were simple and fast. This is an easy meal for a busy cook.
