There are a few ingredients that always grab my attention when I spot them in the title of a recipe. Chocolate is probably the most eye grabbing ingredient followed closely by goat cheese. I am enamored with goat cheese. I know there are many people who do not care for its tangy flavor. I have even heard some people say it tastes like feet. I’m not going to question how they know what that tastes like. I’m just going to assume that the comparison is not a favorable one.
I spotted this recipe when I was searching for a way to incorporate goat cheese with pasta. It is a light and tangy dish. I used a little bit of pasta water to create more sauce than the original recipe called for.
