Roasted Broccoli and Cauliflower: Food Fanatic

Side View

Getting your daily dose of vegetables does not have to be hard or time consuming. The process of roasting vegetables takes very little thought or effort. The roasting process maintains the flavor and nutrients of the vegetable. A little bit of oil blended with a few seasonings will transform most vegetables into a simple, healthy side dish.

I love roasting veggies because it just brings out the natural flavors without having to add too much stuff to enhance it. Thanks for the link!
